Annotation:

The article substantiates importance of the regional marketing, bank marketing for increasing competitiveness of the territory. The basic principles and tasks directed to investment appeal of the region are underlined. The attention is focused on the role of investments into different objects of the economic sector. One of the main indicators of the regional economics’ condition is the condition of the banking industry. Banks having the paramount importance in development of the regional economics shall resolve the tasks of attraction the large-scale investments that will include investments of foreign capital, which will, in its turn, result in growth of the region attractiveness.
