Annotation:

The authors examine the general jurisdiction court practice in determining the generic jurisdiction of the cases on compensation of funds spent for military or special training of citizens sent down from the military professional educational institutions and military educational institutions of higher education for lack of discipline, academic failure, unwillingness to learn or refused to make contracts on the military service. The article focuses on the need to develop the uniform approaches to determination of jurisdiction of the described categories of disputes, as well as provides the author’s vision of the ways for resolution of the problem.
