BRIEF ANALYSIS OF THE CIVIL-LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS FOR THE STATE NEEDS

This article presents a brief description of the legal liability arising from the violation of legal relations in the state contract for the supply of goods. Relevance of a subject is connected with a great interest to public procurement in recent years. Particular attention is paid to the civil liability and its place in the legal relationship of this kind. Among other measures of contractual liability, the authors are interested in the penalty. The detailed review of the methods of collecting, as well as the legal status of the parties of the contract are presented. Finally, the conclusion is made regarding the advantages of the state customer, and the consequences of this.
