| Annotation: | The economy of Russia reveals its emerging innovative type that changes the trajectory of the movement in favor of innovative development. The main indications thereof are the increasing use of scientific knowledge in upgrading of existing enterprises, creation of high-performance and competitive industries. Solution of the problem of scientific substantiation of innovative flexible and adaptive development, efficient use of creative potential of employees becomes more and more urgent for businesses. Innovative development requires modernization of production, training personnel, orientation to market demand, import substitution of the most important used equipments. Innovation processes are the main factors of ensuring the growth of efficiency and competitiveness of products on the market. |
