| Annotation: | The formation of a new model of innovative development of society is due to the increasing processes of its integration and modernization. Efficient mechanisms to implement these processes in the industrial sector of the economy are industrial parks, which success depends directly on the level of development of formal and informal institutions (the institution of the state, civil society, entrepreneurship etc.). The article clarifies and specifies the concepts «institution» and «institutional environment », establishes their place and role in the formation and development of industrial parks, analyzes the main problems of the modern institutional environment of industrial enterprises, presents a conceptual model, and formulates recommendations on state regulation. |
