This article reveals the concept of internet marketing system, distinguish the stages of evolution of the internet marketing system, including main technologies, which appeared at a particular stage at the company which contributed to their development. The article investigates correlation of new IT solutions and marketing tools, shows that the emerging of new technologies leads to the development of the next generations of marketing tools. The article offers analysis of the efficiency of internet-marketing tools that shows the presence of «migrating» efficiency of marketing tools that consists in different customer responses depending on the tools which are on the top list of marketing specialists and depending on individual preferences of target segment in respect of consumption of virtual content.
