THE CONCEPT AND STRUCTURE OF THE MODEL OF THE CONTRACTUAL REGULATION OF OPERATION OF THE HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AS A FORM OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

| Annotation: | In the article the author argues that the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives of citizens on the operation of hazardous industrial facilities as the process of implementation of civil rights must take into account contractual regulation. The analysis results allow elaboration of a model of a contractual regulation which includes the following structural elements: entities, agreement as an individual legal regulator, subject as legal relationship and also correlation with other types of legal regulation. This model meets modern requirements of civil circulation by reason of the fact that it aims to organize a stable legal relations between participants of business activities in the studied area. |
