SUPPORT OF THE INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL ROUTE OF THE LISTENER IN THE CPE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SILVER UNIVERSITY OF SAEI HE “MSPU”)

Annotation:

The article highlights the relevance of effective activity of the teacher-tutor in support and implementation of the individual educational route of the listener in the CPE (continuing professional education), research of approaches, pedagogical technologies, and forms of this process arrangement. In this regard, an attempt is made to justify the future prospects of using new forms that provide for the educational request of the listener in continuing professional education. It is proved that the work of the teacher with the educational request of the student allows combining the information received about existing educational resources with the professional and personal experience that he has. The article deals with the innovative experience of developing support and implementing an individual educational route for a student of the Silver University of SAEI HE “MSPU” using technologies of open education and tutor support, as well as the intermediary role of a teachertutor. The program of tutorials in support and implementation of the IOM of the listener in the CPE, which consists of an entry stage, five blocks that can be used as a constructor in any sequence, and an exit, is presented. Each stage of the support program is independent and complete, so it can be variable. This ensures the universality of its application. The approaches to the use of the above-mentioned technologies at each stage of IOM support in CPE are outlined; the essence and specifics of their use are defined. It is concluded that selection of technological tools, forms of work, identification of the educational plan of the student, support and implementation of his individual educational route, as well as reflection of ongoing educational events in the CPE helps the teacher to keep the personal meaning of the professional activity of the pre-pensioner and build, implement an educational route.
