The use of the game-theoretic approaches makes it possible to model the potential behavior of various economic agents with a high level of efficiency in the process of conducting competition or implementing certain measures aimed at mutually beneficial cooperation. The mathematical apparatus of the game theory combines a wide range of rationalization tools, in particular, industrial applications, which include such elements as optimal use of available resources, solving social issues, economy of sharing various objects, and implementation of sustainable economic operations. It is possible to adapt game algorithms to the issues of cooperation between economic entities, which will make it possible to determine the most equitable distribution of financial and other resources in competitive situations of intercorporate interaction. In this article, it is proposed to develop a game theory-based model of relationships between industrial enterprises on financial issues, taking into account their interests, strategies, and conflict zones. Proposals for further development of financial strategies were considered, and an algorithm of development of a mutually beneficial financial strategy of companies using the game-theoretic tools was presented. The developed model allows the management of enterprises to implement the most effective management decisions on the movement of financial flows, which in the future will make it possible to adjust the current financial strategy and avoid the risk of loss of monetary resources. As part of this work, a game-theoretic model was developed for two companies that are in partnership. Based on this analysis, it is possible to predict the most favorable terms for making payments between the parties, as well as make recommendations for further development of financial strategies.
