THE SYSTEM OF MULTI-LEVEL SUPPORT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCES OF THE YOUTH, STUDENTS AND GRADUATES OF HE AND SVE ORGANIZATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THEIR PROJECTS

Important qualities that ensure the competitiveness of specialists is creativity, the ability to generate and implement creative ideas (new products and services, new ways of promoting and providing them, creative advertising, etc.). In this regard, it’s important to develop entrepreneurial activity of children from school age: creativity, innovation and the ability to generate ideas that can be commercialized. The article describes the research of entrepreneurial activity of young people in the Krasnodar region by the Business Incubator of the Sochi State University; contains examples of popularization the entrepreneurship, training programs and business games, as well as, in general, a system of developing and supporting the entrepreneurial competencies of students and learners. The research is conducted on the entire territory of the Krasnodar region under the agreement with the Ministry of Economics of the Krasnodar region within the framework of the national project of support of the small and medium-sized businesses “My Business” (“Moi biznes”). Due to attracting certified experts and specialists, interaction with partners from the industry and institutions of development and support of business, there has been formed a toolkit which ensures the effective involvement of young people of the region into entrepreneurship, starting from school age and ending with support of a fully functioning business. Based on the results of the Business Incubator’s activity, the university created a methodological basis of introducing the proposed system of supporting entrepreneurial competencies of students and youth into the educational process. To date, such developments have ensured constant interest and demand from the active youth striving to run their own business.
