The article presents the experience of forming skills of constructive behaviour in conflicts in adolescents with high level of anxiety. The relevance of the study is due to a number of contradictions, the central of which is the increasing number of adolescents with high levels of anxiety, not able to constructively solve arising contradictions, and outdated approaches to working with this category of children; practical demand for mastering the skills of conflict resolution by modern teenagers and a lack of empirical data on the influence of anxiety on the choice of conflict behaviour strategies. The program on the formation of constructive behavior skills in conflicts of adolescents with an increased level of anxiety is presented, including classes aimed at reducing the level of anxiety to the level of “norm”; mastering the skills of confident behavior; basic communication skills; constructive conflict resolution; expressing and managing emotions, relieving emotional tension, developing the ability to understand yourself and other people, updating personal resources. The novelty of the program is the motivation of a teenager with an increased level of anxiety to changes that focus on solving the most important problems. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the presented program was carried out on the basis of one of the educational centers in Tula. The study involved 20 students of the 7th grade (aged 13— 14). Statistical analysis of the data by the G-criterion of signs allows us to conclude about the positive dynamics in the sample after the implementation of the developed program. The following changes were recorded in adolescents with an increased level of anxiety: the majority of teenagers in the study group had a decreased level of anxiety; cooperation and compromise have become the dominant strategies of behavior in conflict; the number of adolescents with constructive signs of behavior in conflict has significantly increased; the level of communicative control has decreased; indicators on such scales as suspicion, quick temper, uncompromising, resentment have decreased, and the overall level of conflict has also decreased. The presented technology can be used in the work of the psychological service of an educational organization.
