The article presents data on the possibilities and prospects of organizing corporate sports in industry organizations with the involvement of sports experts and sports societies on outsourcing terms. The views of the judicial corps, fixed in the definitions and decisions of arbitration courts on outsourcing (outstaffing) contracts between persons interested in the development of corporate sports, are disclosed. The experience of organizing corporate sports in the functional executive authority of the city of Moscow of the Moscow Administrative Road Inspectorate (MADI) on the terms of outsourcing is characterized, the algorithm for introducing outsourcing technology into the system of corporate sports work is described, which includes five stages: justification and planning of outsourcing at the strategic level, tactical development of the program for the introduction of outsourcing technology, practical implementation of outstaffing procedures, summing up intermediate results and evaluation of the effectiveness of outsourcing implementation, adjustments to the corporate sports work program and the outsourcing procedures themselves. A model of corporate sports organization using outsourcing technology has been developed, consisting of analytical, target, content and control and evaluation blocks. The expert assessment of expediency and prospects of introduction of the model of the organization of corporate sports in MADI on the terms of outsourcing is given. Experts predicted a significant improvement in such indicators as the amount of budget funds spent on organizing corporate sports, labor productivity, economic losses from downtime, job satisfaction, conflict level, stress tolerance level, employee health level, the number of employees systematically engaged in sports, the number of organized sports events, the number of participants in these events in case of involvement of sports experts of the outsourcing company.
