MAIN DIRECTIONS OF TRAINING OF PEDAGOGICAL STAFF IN CONDITIONS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC CHANGES

Annotation:

The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of reorganizing the training of the teaching staff in the system of higher education. The main principles of training future teachers: continuity, network integration, digitalization, relevance to the research agenda in the field of education, etc. are considered. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 24, 2022 No. 1688 On the concept of training teachers for the education system for the period up to 2030 is analyzed. The authors identify the main risks of training future teachers: mismatch between the material and technical base and information support; insufficient qualifications of scientific and pedagogical workers in charge of the main areas of pedagogical training; fear of expulsion of underachieving students in regional educational organizations of higher education universities due to cuts in budget funding, etc. The article proposes a number of activities for educational institutions of higher education that will be effective in terms of training teachers in accordance with the Concept. The main activities include the following: opening on the basis of an educational organization of higher education a set of students to receive education in training programs for mid-level specialists; selection of topical subjects of scientific topics of departments; creation of a system for monitoring the quality of teacher training programs with the active inclusion of objective data and the opinions of employers; development of mechanisms for grant support of higher education organizations in order to implement the academic mobility of students; increase in the number of students involved in volunteer and socially significant activities and counselor practice; functioning of student and service units; introduction of mechanisms for creating individual educational trajectories of students; strengthening the practice of admission to training programs for teacher training on the terms of an agreement on targeted training.
