Annotation:

The article actualizes the appeal to identify the features of formation of personal and professional image of a young teacher. The degree to which the problem has been studied in research on the image and in works on the adaptation and development of young teachers is determined. The scientific novelty of the study of patterns in the construction and implementation of organizational and pedagogical support for the formation of the personal and professional image of young teachers in the context of additional professional education, carried out in accordance with the directions (psychological and pedagogical, methodological and technological, socially adaptive). The aim of the study is the introduction of a methodology for organizational and pedagogical support for the formation of a personal and professional image of young teachers in the context of additional professional education. The objectives of the study are the following: to assess the current state of the problem in pedagogical theory and practice, to identify the structure of the personal and professional image of young teachers; identify potential opportunities for additional professional education in the process under study; develop mechanisms, methods, technologies for organizational and pedagogical support of the process under study. In the main content of the study, when determining the features of the formation of the personal and professional image of a young teacher, his high dynamism was taken into account. It is substantiated that belonging to the professional environment is the central component of the personal and professional image, and professional competencies are its core. The formation of such a complex phenomenon as the personal and professional image of a young teacher is associated with a high level of openness to change. The emotional and value component of the personal and professional image is emphasized. Conclusions are drawn about the possible conditions for the formation of the personal and professional image of a young teacher.
