PROCEDURE FOR DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BASIC EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM “FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT”

The relevance of the study is due to the need to use an integrated approach in the preparation of basic educational programs in the field of training 38.04.02 — Management, the master’s program “Financial Management”, which takes into account the requirements of federal state educational standards of higher education and the requirements of professional standards. The author believes that the training of financial managers should first of all meet the modern requirements of the labor market. Therefore, it is employers who should dictate the conditions for their effective training. The development and implementation of modern educational programs in the field of training “Management” must comply not only with the requirements of educational and professional standards, but also with the demands of the labor market. Training should be based on real situations and problems faced by managers in their professional activities. This allows students to develop practical skills and abilities, as well as apply the acquired knowledge in practice, including in financial organizations. The possibilities of adapting the main educational programs to the creation of individual educational trajectories of students are considered. The significance of the competence-based approach in the development of academic disciplines, work practice programs and state final certification is revealed. The necessity of developing a new system of assessment tools is shown, which makes it possible to assess the level of the competences mastered by the student. An analysis of the educational programs of several universities showed that in Russia there is no single approach to the training of financial managers. The author makes an attempt to design and implement an educational program that meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard 3++, professional standards and other local acts that must be followed when developing such basic educational programs.
