Technological breakthroughs of the rising wave of the sixth technological order, radical innovations, their mass integration into the production cycle, define a major reconstruction of labor activity, thus disrupting the well-balanced state of its main components. Full-scale implementation of innovations, by changing the method of production, requires the improvement of labor organization, its elements and, consequently, the system of motivation. As a result, a whole set of various relations within the social and labor sphere is affected. We are talking about increasing mobility rate in terms of training and retraining, qualification growth, development and introduction of effective forms of remuneration and incentives for labor, ensuring the relevant level and quality of life. Transformations are accompanied by the growth of social contradictions, resistance to changes that break or significantly modernize the prevailing cultural patterns. They demand restructuring of consciousness, deep-rooted stereotypes of activity and decision-making, both in specific household issues and in the sphere of social and labor functions, what is always accompanied by sensitive social processes, such as exacerbation of discrepancies between social layers and classes, their ranking; increase in the level of instability of the institutional environment in connection with the review of value aspects; loss of ethical standards and growth of social injustice. These environmental conditions have a negative effect on labor mentality, decreasing the level of trust and contributing to the degradation of attitudes towards the labor process itself and awareness of its importance. Thus, the movement of the economy on the rising wave of the K-cycle promotes the transformation of the existing model of work organization, determining the demand for reforming the institutional environment and systemic restructuring of labor management.
