MODERN MEANS OF EVALUATION OF EDUCATIONAL RESULTS OF STUDENTS OF BACHELOR DEGREE LEARNING THE FINE ARTS TECHNIQUE

The search for the modern objective means of evaluation of educational results of the bachelor degree students, future teachers-artists, on the basis of the competence approach has been described in the article; the stages of design have been underlined; the experience of introduction of the evaluation means at the department of the fine arts of RGPU named after A. P. Gertsen in the process of learning of the methods of the fine arts teaching has been analyzed; the principles of establishing of the evaluation means have been defined; the complex approach to the evaluation of the educational results has been justified; the perspective of development of the evaluation means in compliance with the Federal state standards of the higher professional education of the third generation have been determined.
