Annotation:

The focus of the new paradigm on creative self-realization of every individual in society relates primarily to the introduction of the issue of the new generation of GEF. The modern interpretation of the problem of creative self-implementation gives rise to consideration of this phenomenon in the context of the strategic paradigm, which requires theoretical and practical justification. Having underlined the constructs, which characterize self-realization of each individual, we realize that the combination of the constructs and their performance criteria depends on the culture (nature) of the personality, direction of self-implementation and the circumstances accompanying it.
