The author has reviewed the necessity of development of the state support of small entrepreneurship, as well as has justified the requirement to establish the financial infrastructure. The article has revealed the issues of formation of financial resources of innovation business, has determined the trends of improvement of development of the state support of small business, which consist of implementation of the state policy of financial, information, personnel support of innovation, production and new socially valuable projects of the small entrepreneurship entities.
