| Annotation: | The factors of the micro-environment have been systemized and characterized in the article; their impact on the innovation development of the Russian economics has been determined. The author has justified that it is necessary to establish in the Russia the economics that generate innovations but not adopt them for their further introduction into economics. It has been underlined in the article that it is not enough just adapt to the environmental conditions in the interest of the innovation social-economic development of Russia. It is required to actively affect it in order to more complete use of available potential and actual possibilities and repulse threats. |
