| Annotation: | The main levels of the real estate market management, their classification and criteria have been presented in the article. Additionally, in terms of the present research, the description of the role of the real estate in the conditions of the economic nonstability has been provided as an important component of the urban real estate with the further characteristics of the municipal entities system. The concept of management decisions and their classification has been reviewed, as well as the description of the process and the main stages of making management decisions regarding the real estate market. In the conclusion, the main principles of implementation of the effective management system of the real estate facilities at the city level (municipal entity) have been described. | ||
