The present article contains the material about the peculiarities of the factors of cross-cultural impact on establishing the standards of bank management. National, as well as religious, social and historical peculiarities have been underlined as priority factors. Cross-cultural features of the bank management are manifested in the nature of the performed bank operations. The traditional processes of international merger and immerse of the banks require additional expert review for compatibility of the inner-national bank cultures. The issue of development of the cross-cultural competences for the bank employees is becoming rather actual. |
