| Annotation: | The youth is a strategic resource of the economics. Involvement of young people in business is marked by significant positive economic and social effects for the society. The authors bring up the issues connected with the problems of functioning of the youth enterprises and prove the urgency of measures of the state support applied in Volgograd region. The article reveals the basic idea of establishing the state support and development of the youth business in Volgograd region; additionally, the stages of its construction are studied; the perspective trends of the system development are analyzed; and the ideas of its optimization are proposed. |
