The global crisis activated the transformation of the economics and predetermined the necessity of modernization of the organizational model of management with the aim of achieving the new qualitative level in the entire system of business management. From this point of view the author’s article represents the actual scientifically-theoretical analysis with the aim of classification of the existing models of functioning of management business structures. The author has justified three typical models of activity of the board of directors, revealed the “endogenous” mechanisms of their formation and peculiarities of their functioning, as well as the negative consequences caused by them. The work done by the author naturally leads to the necessity of development of the programs of analytical evaluation of the effect of “endogenous” factors on the indicators of efficiency of the companies’ activities, that will allow justifying the major directions of modernization of the organizational model of the system of corporate management. |
