IMPROVEMENT OF THE BUDGETS EXECUTION TREASURY TECHNOLOGIES OF ALL LEVELS IS THE MAIN WAY FOR ESTABLISHING “E BUDGET” IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The prospects of development of the treasury technologies in modern Russia have been reviewed in the article; the main ways for transition to establishing ‘electronic budget’ on the basis of the specified technologies have been demonstrated. Currently the Federal treasury authorities are establishing the new integrated information system that will allow defining the supreme role of the Federal treasury authorities for managing financial and budget flows and will become the main component of the ‘electronic budget’. In its turn, it will contribute to establishing the information society and information culture of the citizens of Russia.
