THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

The article ‘Theoretical approaches to the development of the state-private partnership’ has presented the retrospective analysis of the models of inter-connection between business and the authorities; has provided classification of the areas of application of the state-private partnership. The connection between the projects range and effectiveness has been specified. The basic issues of introduction and implementation of the state-private projects have been summarized; as well as the advantages and weaknesses of such type of inter-connection have been determined. The author’s point of view on theoretical aspects of inter-connection of business and authorities within the frame of the state-private partnership has been presented at the conclusion of the analysis.
