SYSTEM APPROACH TO THE CONCEPT OF “LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT”

The attempt to review the concept of the local self-government with the help of the systematic approach has been made in the proposed article. The authors have examined in details the structural components of the local self-government, underlined the concept of external environment, elements of the system input and output, revealed the objectives of functioning, performed structuring of the internal environment of the investigated concept. The authors have defined the local self-government as a social-democratic system and classified it in details. The article contains deep theoretical systematic analysis of the investigated concept and provides the authors’ model of the local self-government system.
