The article discusses the mechanism of implementation of the process of the education quality management improvement at higher educational institutions on the example of Tver region. The authors emphasize the education quality improvement, which is socially and economically meaningful category solving issues of social, political, public and economic goals of the country as a whole. The forms of training are examined; and the interaction of levels of training is analyzed. Three basic levels are distinguished for implementation of the process educational services improvement: federal, regional development and organizational. The stages of the implementation process at each level are determined for providing educational services at higher educational institutions in order to conduct educational reforms at higher quality level. |
