Annotation:

The article reveals the role of the crowd-sourcing projects in the banking services market research by means of innovation games technology. The author makes conclusion about the possibility of practical implementation of innovation games in the banking sector by means of the crowd-sourcing projects according to their goals and objectives. Research of the qualitative and quantitative advantages of the crowdsourcing projects arrangement banking industry compared to traditional procedures of the innovation games implementation has been conducted by the method of structural analysis. The advantages’ causing factors for implementation of innovation games through the crowdsourcing projects are determined in this article.
