The paper examines the structure of the company’s sociotechnical system, and relations between technical and social subsystems. Such categories as employment potential, human potential, human capital, labor force, and human factor are specified with regard to the social subsystem. Three-tier structure of the labor potential is highlighted, including the labor potential of an employee, group and entire company. The two-component structure was proposed for development of the labor potential assessment system; advantages of such approach were presented. While developing the labor potential assessment systems, it is recommended to use the tools of the artificial neural network theory. |
