This article provides description of the state of housing and utilities infrastructure in Novosibirsk region; gives the methodology of evaluation of the energy efficiency improvement potential in the housing and utilities infrastructure, and assesses the technical potential of the energy efficiency enhancement of the heat supply system. The issue under consideration is the housing and utilities infrastructure of Novosibirsk region; the subject is the system of power supply and consumption of heat and electric power. Evaluation shows the averaged minimum technical potential of energy efficiency improvement of the residential complex of Novosibirsk region, which can be implemented as a result of integrated approach to the issue of the energy efficiency improvement in the housing and utilities infrastructure. |
