The article examines some aspects of organizational culture assessment as an integral component of corporate culture of large printing company. Analysis has demonstrated availability of double standards of existing organizational culture: managers’ ambition, wishes to override, formalize and control activity are turned inside. Use of qualitative and quantitative methods of activity assessment allows proposing the scheme of initiation of the company organizational culture modification in new conditions. The organizational culture preferred by employees contains significantly strengthened clan culture with reduced preference of hierarchy culture. Matrixes of organizational culture changes were developed for ideologemes «command» and «innovation», which allowed proposing the schedule of measures for organizational culture modification. |
