Organizational and economic mechanism of legalizations of shadow economics in Russia

The modern problems of legalization of shadow economics in Russia are examined in the article; factors and conditions of determination of shadow activity are revealed; legal, organizational, economic and educational measures for strengthening of law and order in the area of registration of business entities and taxation of income are proposed. The necessity of development of the longterm concept and state policy is justified, as well as arrangement of scientific researches and continuous monitoring of conditions and dynamics of shadow economics. Functions of executive authorities for legalization of shadow economics are identified. The mechanism of management of legalization of shadow economics is proposed based on clear distribution and specification of functions, increase of responsibility and coordination of activity of the appropriate authorities.
