| Annotation: | The article discusses the concept of outsourcing, advantages and disadvantages of its use, the impact of outsourcing on increasing competitive advantage of organizations; assessment of feasibility of transition to outsourcing. The notion of production outsourcing and distinctive features of outsourcing spare parts and components, as well as outsourcing of functions and operations are provided; the reasons for application of production outsourcing at industrial enterprises are examined, as well as the need for decision on application of industrial outsourcing, specific features of contractual obligations between the manufacturer and the company-outsourcer, attitude of industrial companies to outsourcing in the time of crisis. |
