On the classification of principles of the international environmental law

The article raises the question of classification of principles of the international environmental law, as well as degree of their effect on the dynamics of the Russian environmental legislation development. The author provides support of the conclusion that acknowledged and industrial principles of the international law shall be distinguished, while the industrial principles of the international environmental law, in their turns, are split into more common and specific (special) principles devoted to resolution of any local ecological issue. The article results in the proposals for implementation of the number of principles of the international environmental law in the Russian legislation.
