Prospects of development of the institution for protection of labor rights in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the legal regulations governing the institution for protection of labor rights. Urgent problems arising from implementation of the legal mechanisms of labor rights protection are revealed. The author examines the prospects for development of the system of collective and individual labor disputes settling in Russia; the ways to simplify procedure for labor disputes resolution. Special attention is paid to comparison of the fundamentally different approaches to studying the issue of protection of labor rights in the collective and individual labor disputes. The importance of conciliation, the pre-trial settlement of dispute is reasoned, as well as the role and value of the institution of labor arbitration for acieving social peace and harmony
