| Annotation: | In article examines the issues concerning competences, rights and obligations of an educational organization in the established field of activity, fixed by article 28 of the Federal law dated 29.12.2012 № 273‑FZ «On education in the Russian Federation»; the complex analysis of the article is conducted.
