The author of article comes to a conclusion that personnel management can be considered as the factor of competitiveness of the organisation in the conditions of market economy. Providing high quality of personnel potential of a firm, the personnel service promotes increase of efficiency of enterprise activity and creates a basis for formation of competitive advantages of the organization.
