| Annotation: | The article presents the basic directions of the changes of financial management of a corporation under conditions of financial resources deficit due to a sharp decline of accessibility of credit resources and extensive management business policy. The author discusses the following directions of anti-crisis activities in the system of the financial management of the corporation: strengthening of Administrative Influence of shareholders, restructuring of non-core assets, simplification of organizational structure of Administration, the implementation of the formal control procedure of the risk applied to investment programs. |
