Annotation: |
Banks, issuing the credits, which are mostly borrowed by
the individuals, charge the interest rate by several methods. Establishing
the price of their goods, credits, in the form of the
interest rate, the banks take into account a lot of factors, which
are reduced to the ratio between the demand and offer of money
at the financial market, as well as to the regulating influence
of the Central bank for establishing the boundaries of the rates for credit. By means of specific examples the article has investigated
the charging of simple interest rates, discounting the bills,
charging of complex and continuous interest rates, financial
rents, and methods of paying off by borrower, the individual,
of the interest rate for credit, being implemented by the largest
Russian commercial bank. |
