The innovative approach to construction of the quality criterion of education

On March 24, 2006, at the meeting of the State Council, President V. V. Putin stated that our country needs new eva­luations of the quality of education «with the support of the criteria defined by the society, economics, employers, and the labor market». Besides, as Putin has underlined, in the education «should ultimately appear the new administrative technologies and financial mechanisms».The innovative approach to construction of the quality criterion of education in this case should consist in adaptation of the criteria defined by the society, economics, employers, and the labor market while keeping the scientific basis of the quality criterion of education, and in connection it with the administrative technologies and financial mechanisms with regards to the upbringing of the person and formation of the citizen.
