Research of distribution of the entities of the Russian Federation by the level of budget expenditures per capita

The article has reviewed the dynamics and spreading of the different level budgets expenditures per capita; distribution of the budget expenditures per capita in the entities of the Russian Federation has been analyzed. The typology of evaluation of the RF regions by expenses per head in comparison with the average Russian index of expenses per capita and grouping of the RF entities on the basis of dynamics of changes of per capita expenses has been proposed. Position of Volgograd region has been determined by means of expenses of the consolidated budget of the region among the entities of the South Federal District, as well as the among the entities of the Russian Federation.
