Quality of working activity as the performance management environment at the enterprise

This article discusses the concept of quality of working activity (KTZh) of domestic and foreign authors. The evaluation of performance management has been determined. Performance management include: planning, organization, control and motivation. The process of performance management is wide and is expressed in constant planning, arrangement, control and motivation. Two blocks of directions are considered for improvement of KTZh: primary and secondary. The author believes that ensuring a high quality of the working activity is the basis and incentive of the growth of the performance management.
