| Annotation: | The article is devoted to the problems of definition and developing of personal characteristics of entrepreneur that affect successful business activity in the contemporary world. The authors have underlined the necessity of combining personal characteristics and professional skills in the process of business and personal communications of entrepreneur in polycultural business environment.
