Annotation:

The issue of necessity for accreditation of the post-graduate study at the third integrated system of higher education in Ukraine has been investigated. The same objective picture is observed in the Russian Federation. The «philosophy of education» (specialty code is 09.00.10) has been changed upon Ukraine joining the European Bologna process. However, the mechanism of accreditation of the post-graduate study has not been developed yet. This results in paradoxical contradiction. The authors of the scientific article have presented the result of the initiative dissertation research aimed at resolution of the entire complex of the interconnected issues existing in pedagogics (specialty code is 13.00.04(08)), as well as in the philosophy of education (specialty code is 09.00.10).
