Optimization of the profit management of the commercial companies on the basis of development of the complex system of profit management

The paper studies the theoretical essence of the profit management system, as well as the importance of its effective construction at the company in the context of the realities of the modern economics. In order to optimize the management of profit commercial enterprises the authors have developed a complex system of the profit operative management integrated into the overall concept of the enterprise management system that focuses on solving tactical and strategic objectives. The essence of the concept «profit management of commercial enterprise» has been justified and identified, as well as the regulatory principles of arrangement of the system of profit management.
