Ways of increasing tax earnings of the budget of Volgograd region

In this article the author has defined the main tendencies of formation of revenues of the budget in Volgograd region, while the tax revenues as the main source of formation of the revenue basis of the regional budget have been defined. The dynamics of the main changes in the structure of tax earnings of the budget of Volgograd region in 2007–2011 has been revealed using statistical tools, as well as the potential reasons have been analyzed. The issues that shall be resolved for timely regulation of the tax earnings have been identified in the article; the factors affecting the formation of the regional budget tax earnings have been specified. The complex of scientificpractical recommendations aimed at increasing the tax earnings of the RF entity budget has been proposed on the basis of the performed analysis.
