Development and implementation of the educational program: the condition of enhancement of businessmen impact on the statement and resolution of tasks of the territory strategic management

The article has presented the reconstruction of experience of implementation of the program «Development of the projects in the Open business environment», which main goal is to form business groups and communities oriented on resolution of the tasks of the territory development. The article has reviewed conceptual statements of the educational program; the stages of its development and implementation have been described; the trends of its content development have been provided. The analysis of results has allowed justifying the meaning of the program for arrangement of cooperation of businessmen with different entities of impact on the territory development and thus for participation of the business community representatives in the resolution of the tasks of social-economic development.
