Small business development in the region: methodological and practical aspects

The article has reviewed methodological and practical aspects of the process of regulation of small business support at the regional level. Methodological and arrangement approaches to formation of the regional programs for small business development have been justified. The main objectives of regional program of small business support have been determined. The aspects of financial provision of the program have been actualized that includes the search for the sources of gradual receipt of funds for implementation of the program events. The special attention has been paid to the regulatorylegal regulation of business activity.
