| Annotation: | In the conditions of the world competition and the growth of Russian industrial production, recently the entrepreneurs planning opening of productions in new areas shall consider their economic, infrastructure, social and political properties. The author has proposed the method of calculation of the index that is capable to provide the industrial entrepreneurs the primary information, in particular, to assist specifying the most attractive areas that are characterized with high potential of the industrial sector development, availability of labor resources and social stability. | ||
